​Important Information

• Only Beans gifted by audiences during live streaming will count toward the Target Beans in the ranking table. Beans from rebates, rewards, or other activities will not be considered for broadcaster performance remuneration.

• Local beans are gifts sent by users located in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the United States. Overseas beans are gifts sent by users outside the countries listed.

• Beans Calculation: The formula for calculating Monthly Salary Beans is: 100% Local Beans + 50% Overseas Beans. 

  • Example: If a host earns 40K salary beans in a month (20K Local Beans + 20K Overseas Beans), the commission 20K (Local Beans) + 50% × 20K (Overseas Beans) = 30K Salary Beans. This means the host qualifies for payment based on the E salary ranking.

• If a broadcaster is C-Ranking or above and meets the Target Beans but not the Mandatory Hours, they will receive 50% of the remuneration for that month. 

  • Example: If an agency earns 130k Beans (Ranking S1) but the broadcaster streamed less than 30 hours, their pay for that month will be £ 832.50× 50% =  £ 416.25.

• ​Min & Max Billable Hr/Day: The time that counts per day is a minimum of 30 minutes, and a maximum of 3 hours. In other words, to get any time to count for the day, you have to stream at least 30 minutes, and only a maximum of 3 hours per day can count towards the hours required for your tier.

• Bean Goal: The amount of beans you need to hit the tier.

• Bean £ Equivalent: This is how much the local beans you collected for the month is worth in US dollars at the rate of 210 Beans per ​$ 1 (£ 0.74).

• Host Payout: The full amount you get paid when you hit the tier Bean Goal AND Hours Required.

  • Hosts are paid in Beans, in app.

•  3% HCR Exclusive Bonus: This is a High Court Royals Agency EXCLUSIVE Incentive. When you reach a pay tier, you are eligible for a 3% bonus the following month! 

• Total Earned by Host: This is the total you earn for the month for reaching that tier

  • Beans collected + Host Payout from Bigo + Bonus for reaching tier

  • Does not include other Bonus incentives you can earn for the month

• V1 Tier is only available for New Hosts (First month). This is designed to help new hosts achieve payable level in their first month, and boost their activeness rather than wait for the next month to thrive on Bigo.

• Violation of Rules – Any violation of BIGO UK’s rules will result in those broadcasting hours not being counted as effective hours.
  Inactive Streaming – Being absent from a broadcast or only streaming games will not be counted as effective broadcasting hours.

• Re-auditioned Broadcasters – Broadcasters who re-audition will not be eligible for V1 Ranking level (Support Period Policy).

• Termination Policy: If a host fails to meet the requirements for their plan for three consecutive months, BIGO UK has the right to terminate the host’s contract.

BIGO LIVE UK/IE CROSS SUPPORT POLICY

Cross-Support Beans refer to beans received from other hosts within the same signed agency or the agency leader.

​

• New Broadcasters (UK/IE) – In their first two months, if 75% or more of their gifts come from their signed agency and/or agency leader, they will only receive 50% of their livestream earnings.

• Established Broadcasters – If 65% or more of their gifts come from their signed agency and/or agency leader, they will only receive 50% of their livestream earnings.

• Cross-Support Policy Exception – This restriction does not apply to broadcasters who reach remuneration level B (90,000 Beans) or higher.

• Broadcasting Violations – Using fake accounts, virtual avatars to hide the face, or not showing your face while streaming is against the rules. Broadcasters who violate this rule more than 5 times in a month will face a salary deduction.
